THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute garbage. It's so awful, it makes me want to scream. I've tested it a million times, and it still fails miserably. The construction is pathetic, and the design are terrible. Honestly, I failed to grasp how they could sell thisproduct without being mortified. I'm so frustrated that I wished I'd bought something functional ins
